Refund policy
We offer an unlimited, no-questions-asked return and refund policy within 30 days of delivery.
If an item is lost in transit, arrives damaged or defective, or simply isn’t what you expected, you may request a refund during this period. Once the order is canceled, a full refund will be issued promptly. Or you may choose to have the product reshiped within this 30 day period at your discresion.
Customers are not required to return the item, as return shipping adds unnecessary cost and environmental impact. Thanks to on-demand 3D printing, it’s more sustainable for items to be kept, repurposed, or gifted instead of shipped back.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
